Located close to everything and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel offered free airport pick up service which arrived on time which is very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and included breakfast that was okay.
The hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay. The noise from the construction was disturbing as it lasted throughout the day.

The hotel was situated in front of the Jeepney Valencia bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance. Nice touch to have flat screen cable TV and LCD TV set: D

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of town, near the main square. It offers easy access to the boulevard, university, and other must, go places that are just a walk away. the rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean, allowing guests to walk barefoot comfortably. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing a free airport pick, up service and even allowing early check, ins. the hotel also includes a full breakfast in the room rate, offering options like sausage, longanisa, ham, eggs, toast.
The ongoing construction in the hotel may cause some inconvenience during the day.

The free airport pick-up service was a great convenience and a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect! Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. I also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. the room was impeccably clean and new which made it a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the included breakfast - it was a hearty way to start the day!
The hotel was undergoing renovations making it noisy and dusty. the air conditioning in the room was not very effective which made the room a bit warm.
